Unbeatable Location

The Liv@MB location is in the most upscale neighbourhood on Mountbatten Road and Arthur Road, in the East Coast district. It’s a pleasant area with mostly private condominiums and landed houses.

To add, this condo is within walking distance of East Coast Park and the beach. It enjoys some pocket sea views, which makes for a cozy environment in this high-rise building!

Nearest MRT station

Walk to the future! The Liv@MB location is about 250m, roughly 3 or 4 minutes walk from Katong Park Station on East Coast MRT Line (TEL) which will be completed by 2023.

This is a great place to live as the MRT line is very useful! You can easily access the town and popular areas. You are only four stops away from Gardens by the Bay, and five stops up are the Marina Bay station where the Financial District is. The Marina Bay station is a triple interchange station and it joins up with the North-South and Circle MRT lines. The East Coast MRT Line (TEL) also goes down to Maxwell Road, Great World, and Orchard Boulevard, before running north to Woodlands.

Two MRT stops down and residents will end up at the doors of Parkway Parade, a large mall serving East Coast residents. Here you will find many converging paths that lead to weekend shopping or grocery needs!

Liv@MB’s location is an ideal spot for families with children. Konohana kindergarten is just 2 minute walk away from the development and local schools can be found within walking distance! These include: Primary schools within a 2km radius of the Liv@MB location are Geylang Methodist, Kong Hwa Primary, and Tanjong Katong Primary.

Other primary schools in the neighbourhood include Tao Nan Primary and Ngee Ann Primary schools. These are located at Marine Terrace MRT stations which are only 3 stops down. Additionally, residents are also surrounded by well-known secondary schools like Chung Cheng High and Dunman High. For the rest, there are Victoria Junior College, the Canadian International School (Tanjong Katong Campus), and the Chatsworth International School (East Campus).

Sports & Recreation 

Liv@MB offers its residents an opportunity for outdoor exercise and relaxation by providing access to the East Coast Park. From the Liv@MB condo location, it is possible to take a long walk, or a quick cycle over to the beach. One advantage of living in an area close enough for such enjoyments as walking or cycling over is that you can take advantage of all three!

Additionally, from East Coast Park, a park connector and cycling path runs to Kallang Basin, and on to Gardens by the Bay, and Marina Bay. Besides, the Singapore Sports Hub and Kallang Stadium are just one MRT train stop up at Tanjong Rhu station across a footbridge. 

Easy Accessibility 

The convenience of living on the East Coast is second to none, with its proximity not only for business but also for leisure. From the Liv@MB location to the ECP via Fort Road, is a 3-minute drive.

It’s easy to get from one place to another quickly. From the condo to the KPE (Kallang Paya Lebar Expressway) or the MCE (Marina Coastal Expressway) is a matter of a couple of minutes. Therefore, it should take no more than 10 to 15 minutes off-peak to get to Raffles Place and Marina Bay.

Also, it takes less than 20 minutes directly down the ECP to Changi Airport.
